I had a delightful stay at E Central hotel. The rooms were beautifully furnished down to the smallest details, and I even received a lovely upgrade with flower petals and towel swans. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly friendly and attentive to all my needs. The location was convenient for exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter on foot, although it was a bit far from Hoan Kiem Lake. The dining experience was top-notch with a wonderful view from the rooftop restaurant. The facilities provided added to the overall comfort of my stay.

This hotel was a great find for me! The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfy, which made my stay wonderful despite the size. The staff were super smiley, friendly, and welcoming, making the service top-notch. The location is perfect, still in the Old Quarter but peaceful, and very convenient to explore Hanoi. The dining was great with a good buffet selection and freshly made choices. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent value for money.
